The Thursday afternoon session, “Just Do It: Exploring Due Diligence for Bankers”, will cover common issues in the field of due diligence that face all lenders. The discussion will focus on organizational documents for trusts, LLCs, corporations, surveys, title insurance, environmental reports, loan documentation, UCC filings (and continuations) and other due diligence issues.
