Represented Developer Group in a Public-Private Venture

Timothy W. Grooms and Jeb H. Joyce represented the developer group in a public-private venture that will result in the development of a new 4 level, 80,000 square foot mixed use structure in downtown Little Rock.  The Arcade Building will include office, residential, and retail space as well as an auditorium/theater to be developed in conjunction with the Central Arkansas Library System.
