Firm Successful in Regulatory Matter

E. B. (Chip) Chiles IV and Sarah Keith-Bolden successfully challenged waste-management regulations that subjected their stakeholder clients to competing demands by two solid waste management districts.  The trial court agreed with the firm that these regulations exceeded the enacting district’s statutory authority, and the Arkansas Court of Appeals affirmed that decision three weeks after oral argument, resulting in a complete victory for the stakeholders.
