Cliff McKinney Recognized In Arkansas 250

QGT Managing Member J. Cliff McKinney II has been named to the 2023 edition of the Arkansas 250, a special publication that celebrates influential Arkansans across business, politics, and nonprofits. Research for the list involved combing through the state’s various media outlets, meeting with executives and leaders from every region and each major industry category in Arkansas, and paying attention to the good deeds and power moves of Arkansas’ leaders. The final list, published by Arkansas Business, is the top 250 people who shape the way we live, work, learn, and do business in Arkansas.
