Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull PLLC recently announced that Brandon B. Cate has become a Managing Member of the law firm and Grant M. Cox, Michael B. Heister, Joseph W. Price II, and Everett C. (Clarke) Tucker IV have been named Members.  Brandon B. Cate is located in the firm’s Springdale office and his practice focuses on complex business litigation, ERISA benefits litigation, eminent domain litigation, products liability litigation, and appeals.  He received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a B.A., cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.  Grant M. Cox practices in the firm’s Little Rock office and concentrates his practice on real estate, corporate transactions, and oil and gas transactions.   Mr. Cox received his J.D., with high honors, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Hendrix College.  Michael B. Heister is located in the firm’s Little Rock office and his practice focuses on complex civil litigation and appeals.  He received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.  Joseph W. Price II practices in the firm’s Little Rock office where he concentrates his practice on civil litigation.  Mr. Price received his J.D., with high honors, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and a B.S., summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee at Martin.  Everett C. (Clarke) Tucker IV is located in the firm’s Little Rock office where his primary area of practice is litigation.  Mr. Tucker received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law and an A.B. from Harvard University.
