Steve Quattlebaum Authors Article on Jury Trials During COVID-19 For The Arkansas Lawyer
Earlier this summer, The American Board of Trial Advocates (“ABOTA”) COVID-19 Task Force published a comprehensive guide for conducting civil jury trials during the COVID-19 pandemic. The white paper, Guidance for Conducting Civil Jury Trials During the COVID-19 Pandemic, addresses the process of reopening courts and the many issues faced by the courts, the legal community, jurors and the public. Steven W. Quattlebaum, ABOTA COVID-19 Task Force Chair and a Managing Member of Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull PLLC, authored an article for the latest issue of The Arkansas Lawyer providing a summary of the recommendations contained in the white paper and some points discussed during a recent ABOTA webinar on the topic.
