QGT Contributes To Force Majeure Law Compendium

QGT Managing Member John E. Tull III and Robbi R. Rosenbaum provided the Arkansas chapter of the USLAW NETWORK Force Majeure Law Compendium (During COVID-19 Pandemic). The compendium is a multi-state resource that addresses relevant considerations with respect to invoking “force majeure” clauses in contracts in light of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. You can read the Arkansas chapter here.

Written by USLAW NETWORK member attorneys, the 45-state compendium takes advantage of local knowledge and experience in each of the jurisdictions in which USLAW NETWORK firms practice. You may find the entire compendium here.

A founding member of Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull PLLC, Mr. Tull’s primary areas of practice are complex commercial litigation, products liability litigation and newspaper law.

Robbi Riggs Rosenbaum, a Spring 2020 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law and a Certified Public Accountant, is joining the law firm as an associate and will concentrate her practice on real estate and commercial transactions.
