David is a transactional attorney with Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull PLLC, where his practice primarily focuses on real estate and commercial transactions.
Born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, David received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law where he was a member of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review. While in law school, David served as President of the Student Bar Association and worked with the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic to assist fellow Arkansans in resolving various federal income tax issues. David obtained a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Central Arkansas and an M.Ed. in Adult and Higher Education Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
David is currently attending the University of Florida Levin College of Law remotely for his LL.M. in Taxation.
Prior to law school, David worked in the University of Oklahoma Athletics Compliance Office and the Sooner Club Athletics Foundation.
David lives in Little Rock with his wife, Rebecca, and their rescue dog, Beau.
