Mr. Larkin is a litigation attorney with Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull PLLC.
Mr. Larkin practiced at the firm for a year following law school. Mr. Larkin then served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lee P. Rudofksy of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas before returning to the firm.
Mr. Larkin received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law where he was Articles Editor of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review and, as the top-ranked student in his law school class, received twelve top paper awards. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of South Carolina-Upstate.
