David Vandergriff To Be A Panelist at Annual Debtor/Creditor Law Conference

David B. Vandergriff is a scheduled presenter for the Arkansas Bar Association’s 23rd Annual Debtor/Creditor Law Conference being held March 28-29, 2019, at the Embassy Suites in Little Rock.  This year’s program includes case updates, immigration issues in bankruptcy, a creditor panel and an ethics panel.  David will participate in “Art of the (Bankruptcy-Avoiding) Deal:  A Panel Discussion on the Process of Structuring and Negotiating Workouts and Forbearance Agreements”.  For more information on the conference and to register, please visit the Arkansas Bar Association website.
