Ann Carol Farmer and Sarah Keith-Bolden Published In Arkansas Community Banker

QGT attorneys Ann Carol Farmer and Sarah Keith-Bolden have articles appearing in the Summer 2020 issue of The Arkansas Community Banker, the official publication of the Arkansas Community Bankers Association.

Sarah’s article, COVID-19 and Federal Antidiscrimination Laws, provides some guidelines for banks and other employers faced with decisions about how to respond when an employee has symptoms of, tests positive for, or is exposed to COVID-19. Ann Carol’s article, Arkansas Supreme Court Pierces Corporate Veil, summarizes an Arkansas Supreme Court ruling in a recent intercreditor dispute finding that “first in time” still means “first in right”, even with different corporate forms.

Both of these articles can be found on our Publications page.
