David Gardner Published In Arkansas Community Banker

David A. Gardner is a featured author in the Summer 2023 edition of The Arkansas Community Banker. David’s article, “UCC Amended to Accommodate Digital Commerce,” explains changes made to the Uniform Commercial Code in 2022 to address the challenges of digital assets in commerce. A third-year law student at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, David is a law clerk at QGT and will join the firm as an associate upon graduation.
