Mr. Cochran’s practice is primarily focused on bankruptcy, debtor and creditor rights, secured transactions, and other litigation matters.

Prior to joining the law firm, Mr. Cochran served as a staff attorney to the Honorable Phyllis M. Jones of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.

Born and raised in Mountain Home, Arkansas, Mr. Cochran graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he was a member of the Journal of Food Law & Policy. During law school, he participated in the school’s bankruptcy clinic, was a member of the school’s traveling moot court team, and served as a faculty research assistant.  Mr. Cochran was awarded the James H. McKenzie Award for Professional Responsibility and Ethics at graduation.

Mr. Cochran obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Hendrix College, where he graduated with high honors and became a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He went on to obtain a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mr. Cochran was licensed to practice law in Arkansas in 2019.
