Two QGTB attorneys recently contributed to two national legal publications. J. Cliff McKinney II is the author of a chapter in the American Bar Association’s publication Implementing Institutional Controls at Brownfields and Other Contaminated Sites and R. Ryan Younger contributed a chapter to the DRI publication The Collateral Source Rule: A Compendium of State Law.
